Customer Service

If you are unhappy about any aspect of my service, please let me know and I will try to resolve any issues arising between us.

In the unlikely circumstances that an issue arises that cannot be dealt with in a straightforward manner then I have a complaints procedure which is available on application. If for any reason, I am still unable to resolve the problem between us then you may refer the problem to the Legal Ombudsman. The Legal Ombudsman can be contacted on 0300 555 0333 or you can write to them at PO Box 6806, Wolverhampton, WV1 9WJ.

Before accepting a complaint for investigation the Legal Ombudsman will check that you have tried to resolve your complaint with me first. If you have, then you must take your complaint to the Legal Ombudsman: within six months of receiving a final response to your complaint and no more than six years from the date of act/omission; or no more than three years from when you should reasonably have known there was cause for complaint.

For more information, you can visit www.legalombudsman.org.uk

I work to the highest standards of professional conduct as determined by my regulators. If you do have any concerns about my conduct or behaviour, you can raise this as a complaint with the Solicitors Regulation Authority , information can be found here
