About Me
I am a specialised Solicitor based in South Liverpool (within easy reach of Allerton, Aigburth, Mossley Hill, Garston, Wavertree, Speke, Woolton, Hunts Cross, Halewood, Toxteth, Dingle, Sefton Park, Childwall, Broadgreen, Old Swan, West Derby) dealing with Wills, Estate Planning, Administration of Estates (often referred to as Probate), Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection matters and other elderly client matters.
I will provide the highest level of client care to ensure that I provide a legal solution which is tailored to your individual needs.
I qualified as a Solicitor in 1999. From that date I worked for several well known firms in Liverpool. Since 2007, I have practised as a sole practitioner. As a sole practitioner this means that my overheads are lower than high street firms and hence I can pass on the savings to you by charging lower hourly rates. I can make home visits and appointment times can be flexible. At the current time meetings can take place remotely by Skype, Facetime and WhatsApp. Please contact me for further detail.
