I am a Commissioner for Oaths. This means that subject to prior arrangement I can administer oaths or take affidavits.
HM Land Registry can request that ID1 forms are completed to Certify the identity of a Private Individual. This requirement protects against fraud registration. It is usually requested when a party to a conveyancing transaction is not personally represented by a conveyancer or Solicitor. Subject to prior arrangement I can complete these forms. Completion of these documents is purely to certify your identity and no legal advice is given in the circumstances to the relevant transaction.
